You’re ENGAGEDDDD! Congratulations! It’s all SOOO insanely exciting!! (I know the feeling, I am too!) Now its time to start planning your wedding.
There’s so many things to get lost looking at while planning your wedding, and it’s SO easy to go down a Pinterest wormhole. It can all get a little overwhelming. So where do you even begin?
You may have already started, however, you’re just not ready to book your photographer yet. Or you want to get to know one first. Well, in that case, HIYAA!

You’ve already started discussing ideas with your other half, friends and family. They’re some of the most exciting conversations to have – sometimes.
However, now suddenly everyone has an opinion on how your wedding day should be…

There’s the traditionalists – the ones who turn their nose up at your wacky, personalised ideas such as an entire Harry Potter themed wedding (please invite me!). They tell you that you have to cut the cake (such a weird tradition) and having your dog at your wedding is the most ridiculous thing they’ve ever heard of!
Then there are the family members who think it’s their job to be planning your wedding and tell you who you should or shouldn’t have at your wedding and you have to have your niece or nephew as a flower girl.
And there’s the friend you’re not so close with now, but you made a pact when you were 5 that you’d be each other’s bridesmaid or groomsman. So now, you think they think they are… which is making you feel a bit awkward so you think about not having any to resolve the problem.
And of course, when it isn’t your wedding it’s SO easy to say ‘ignore them, it’s your wedding, do it your way’ – that is until it’s your wedding.

Then there’s the friends and family who are just genuinely interested and they ask questions like –
Have you chosen your bridesmaids? Or Groomsmen? – Then it suddenly dawns on you that they might want to be one too, so then it just feels SO fucking awkward!
Or, isn’t your location a bit difficult for everyone to get to?
and, am I getting a plus one? Are kids invited?
but, what are you going to do if it rains?
When actually it makes you question all of you and your partners decisions that you’ve made while planning your wedding. So much so that, sometimes, you’d just prefer not to talk about it.
Well I’m here to tell you now, that the way you’re thinking about this is ALL wrong!
Over the last 8 months I’ve been perfecting exactly how to deal with all of the above and now I want to share it with you!
So, sign up below and let’s get through it together!!
Added Bonus!
Do you have a few guests you just cannot for the life of you decide whether or not to invite them to your wedding? And then Do you keep going back and forth about whether you want/ think they should be there? And the more you think about it the more you can’t make up your mind?
I’m talking about the ones who have been in and out of your life like the hokey-cokey, or you’re close with at work and you’re just not sure… Or the slightly self-absorbed, dramatic ones that might be a bit of a pain.
I’ve created a pdf with the questions you should ask yourself to make this decision, as told by an Art Psychotherapist. And honestly, you’ll feel SO much better once you’ve read them and made up your mind!
And not to mention your partner will thank you for finally making the tough decision.

Organising our big day from New Zealand was Hard. But Lottie was amazing! We spoke about what we wanted, to which I didn’t have a clue at the time. Lottie guided me in the right direction and suggested a heap of ideas to look up! – Jerri, Bride
